Research Project
Curently, i am researching the origins of electricity in New York, when it was first gridded, how it got to citizens houses, what were electric workers paid, etc. Right now, i found that large-scale electric power distribution began on August 26, 1895, when water flowing over Niagara Falls was diverted through a pair of high-speed turbines. Large-scale electricity distribution also provided a new incentive to develop a less powerful incandescent lamp that could be used indoors and Thomas Edison achieved this goal in 1879.

JOHN! Hi XD. I read your post about electricity and it was great! I liked the history lesson on how electricity was first started. I also like how you told about how America is one of the most advanced countries technologically in the world. In conclusion...Roll Tide
